NEW MARKETING CONCEPT FOR THE REAL-ESTATE INDUSTRY

| property 1-2-3, launched in March, received an award from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for its business concept of innovative property marketing on the internet.
property 1-2-3 enters the market as a provider of personalised online web presences for property, innovating through the combination of various real-estate marketing tools on an interactive website.
The company is focused on design – from the professional presentation of property websites to the large selection of formats offered to the client. Property is presented using slide shows, a zoom function, a full-screen mode and maps of the surrounding area.
Additional functions on the property 1-2-3 website provide a large amount of interactivity. The potential buyer can experiment online with the furnishings and design of the property. This is done using the wall and floor planner and the floor-plan designer. The user can save his designs and add them to his self-made property portfolio. The creation of a printable portfolio is similarly easy for the seller, being created as a PDF document in the desired design upon registration.
property 1-2-3's comprehensive business concept and emphasis on top-quality presentation are designed to create the most transparent depiction of a property and to increase interest from potential buyers. In this way property 1-2-3 tries to help reduce the workload of the seller and secure the desired asking price for the property.
Upon its launch, property 1-2-3's business model won an award in a business start-up contest for multimedia companies from the German Ministry for Economics and Technology. The prize is awarded for technological innovation in digital media. The award was presented on 3 March 2010 by Hans-Joachim Otto, Parliamentary State Secretary at the German Ministry for Economics and Technology, at CeBIT in Hanover.
